Bush’s “Manufacturing Czar” tours WMSBF member facilities
“President Bush’s manufacturing czar this morning kicked off a day-long tour of area factories at Steelcase Inc.’s wood furniture plant as part of an effort to spread the gospel of what sustainable business practices can mean to the bottom line…The tour, which transported participants using a Rapid hybrid-electric bus, also was to include stops at Rapid-Line, Herman Miller and Cascade Engineering.” Read more here.
